Rooms and Rates

Accommodation: Unlike most standard backpacker accommodations found in Asia, our Guesthouse was built with the western traveller in mind, with priority being put on cleanliness and comfort. All rooms have private bathrooms with a separate shower and western toilet. Each bed has a thick top of the line mattress, quality linen, and soft pillows. All rooms have screens on the windows, mosquito nets on the beds and a big ceiling fan to keep you cool.

Standard rooms:  Our double rooms are ideal for couples, with one large double bed, a large ceiling fan, private bathroom with cold water, and a private terrace with deckchairs. Sleeps max 2 persons.

Standard Twin rooms:  Our twin rooms are perfect for those traveling with a friend. Two Twin beds are provided, all have private bathroom with cold water, a large ceiling fan and a small terrace. Sleeps max 2 persons.

Superior Twin rooms: Our superior rooms are ideal for those traveling in a group and on a budget. These spacious rooms have two large double beds, fans, private bathroom with cold water and terrace. Sleeps max 4 persons.

Room prices vary form $8USD to 12USD per night depending on availability.

Services and Facilities


Food and Beverage: Our restaurant, which prides itself on quality and comfort, is open from 6am to 11pm serving a fusion of European and Khmer cuisine with popular nightly specials of your favorite foods from around the world.

DVD: Our TV lounge - which is located in a traditional Khmer house - has cable TV, a huge selection of the latest Hollywood movies and both old and new sitcoms. A perfect place to relax in comfort, while either catching up on current sporting events, world news, or the latest movies.

No lockout: Like to party the night away, no problem, we supply a key dropping service and overnight security. This is to ensure that your key is safe and secure at all times, available to you at whatever hour you come home.

Motorbike Rental: Motorbikes (100cc) are available for a mere $6/day. Bicycles and electric bikes are also available.

Tour Desk: If its mountains, national parks, coral reefs, or idyllic islands you’re after, we have the tour for you. There is so much to see and do in Sihanoukville. Scuba diving, snorkeling, cruises, big game fishing, canoeing, nature walks, trekking eco-tours and adventures in the forest.... are all available. If you’re in an exploratory mood, drop by our Eco Trek Tour Office where they have loads of info available.
 
Bookshop: Casablanca Books, the first to open in Sihanoukville, has a large and varied selection of secondhand bestseller, classics, travel, Cambodian history, romance, non-fiction, political and foreign language books. They will also buy any book you’d like to off load.
 
Internet: Also on sight is our internet cafe where you can surf the net, catch up on your emails, phone home or copy your photos to disk.

Bus Transfer: We can arrange bus/ferry transfer for you if you contact us ahead of time. Transfer from/to the bus station by private taxi costs only $6.

April 2009
This month we will be introducing a ten percent discount on all menu items for all of our guesthouse customers. 

March 2009
This month we will be doing a new menu with all prices reduced. Hopefully this will help all of our customers cope with the financial crisis.

December 2008
Craig will be entering in the 2008 80K Bike race at Angkor Wat on the 6th of December. Mick and Craig's will also be sponsoring three up and coming Khmer riders including the former Khmer Champion Vanna Kem. Also in december watch out for the new menu around the middle of the month.
